Key Holding Service
IPA Spain offers Key Holding services for property owners who rent out their properties. The basic agreement includes key management and meeting guests during the rental of the property.聽
For an additional fee, property owners can choose a more comprehensive service package that includes mail collection, flushing of toilets, sinks, and kitchen sink, inspection for any break-in attempts, or airing out the property, among other services.
